As Transportation Analyst, will be responsible for end-to-end Customs Compliance Management to support Aurangabad International operations. This role is critical to ensuring seamless import operations, regulatory adherence and uninterrupted plant support, particularly in a new product Introduction and growth-driven environment. Ensure adherence to trade regulations, corporate policies and practices by working effectively with appropriate functional areas to maintain a high-velocity material flow. Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Oversee processing of 5,000+ import declarations (Bills of Entry) annually Manage and plan significant annual customs duty spend Coordinate and govern performance of customs brokers Support NPI / NSI programs through HSN classification for new parts Respond to customs notices and regulatory queries in coordination with TCoE and India Compliance teams Ensure accurate and timely import declaration and documentation archival in SharePoint for statutory and audit compliance Drive compliance adherence, risk mitigation, and audit readiness across all import transactions Identifies areas of possible cost savings, service improvement and implementation of cost effective solutions. Liaisons with Government officials like Customs, Foreign Trade officials to maintain good relationships Required Qualifications: * Any Bachelors / Masters, specialization in Supply Chain and or Logistics stream * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Good interpersonal and communication skills * Minimum of 4 to 7 years of relevant job experience * Experience in Supply Chain / Logistics or Transportation Management * Working understanding of the various materials systems and how they interrelate Additional information: This position requires five days working from office.     Posting Dates: May 20, 2026 - June 2, 2026 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  Qualified applicants of any age are encouraged to apply Not ready to apply?
