The role focuses on <strong>delivery governance, financial oversight, capacity management, PI planning support, and change governance</strong>, ensuring alignment with <strong>portfolio strategy, customer outcomes, and OKRs</strong>.</p> <p>This role acts as a <strong>central orchestration function</strong> across Global and Markets teams, ensuring transparency, control, and adherence to <strong>Change Framework and Agile/SAFe ways of working</strong>.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Delivery &amp; Governance</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Support the successful delivery of <strong>Value Stream (VS) outcomes</strong> in line with agreed delivery plans.</li> <li>Act as <strong>guardian of change governance</strong>, providing oversight across Global and Markets.</li> <li>Facilitate <strong>change control</strong> related to investment planning, scope, OKRs, features, and capabilities.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to&nbsp;<strong>Change Framework</strong>, FIM, SAFe, Agile, and internal governance standards.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Planning &amp; Ceremonies</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Drive inputs and outputs for <strong>Programme Increment (PI) Planning</strong>.</li> <li>Coordinate and prepare materials for <strong>VS / SVS ceremonies</strong>, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.</li> <li>Synthesize and produce <strong>Quarterly Business Review (QBR) memo updates</strong> for stakeholders.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Reporting &amp; Dashboards</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Design, manage, and maintain <strong>delivery dashboards</strong> to visualize the flow of <strong>Capabilities and Features from Idea to Done</strong>.</li> <li>Ensure <strong>accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of delivery data</strong>, reflecting the latest status of features and capabilities.</li> <li>Provide insightful reporting to support <strong>data‑driven decision making</strong>.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Financial &amp; Commercial Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Ensure the delivery pipeline is aligned with <strong>financial plans and capacity constraints</strong>.</li> <li>Monitor and control <strong>VS / SVS investment allocation</strong>, benefit projections, and commercialization tracking.</li> <li>Manage <strong>financial guardrails</strong>, ensuring controls are in place and variances are tracked.</li> <li>Provide a <strong>holistic view of VS / SVS financial performance</strong>, aligned with portfolio strategy, business outcomes, and OKRs.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Capacity, Risk &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Manage and track <strong>resource capacity patterns</strong> across delivery portfolios.</li> <li>Identify, track, and manage <strong>risks and issues</strong>, involving relevant VS/SVS stakeholders as required.</li> <li>Collect thematic learnings from retrospectives and drive <strong>cross‑VS continuous improvement</strong>.</li> <li>Maintain and execute <strong>continuous improvement plans</strong> to support evolving Ways of Operating.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Change Leadership</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Act as a <strong>Change Leader or SME</strong> for new initiatives such as: <ul> <li>Business or strategy changes</li> <li>Tooling migrations</li> <li>New operating model implementations</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Tools &amp; Frameworks</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Strong hands‑on experience with<strong>&nbsp;Group Tools</strong>, including: <ul> <li><strong>Clarity</strong></li> <li><strong>JIRA</strong></li> <li><strong>Confluence</strong></li> <li><strong>GPDM</strong></li> </ul> </li> <li>Extensive experience working within <strong>Agile / SAFe environments</strong>.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Required Experience &amp; Skills</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Proven experience in <strong>PMO, Portfolio or Programme Governance roles</strong> within Banking.</li> <li>Strong exposure to <strong>Transaction Banking, Payments, or related Banking Value Streams</strong>.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience supporting: <ul> <li>PI Planning</li> <li>Delivery governance</li> <li>Financial tracking</li> <li>Capacity and demand management</li> </ul> </li> <li>Strong stakeholder management across <strong>Global and Market teams</strong>.</li> <li>Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.</li> </ul> </div>
