Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Assist Seniors, Managers and Partners in conducting financial due diligence on middle-market companies in a variety of industries
Conduct analytical reviews of data and prepare findings
Create draft reports for management review
Research issues that arise during the course of engagement
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Accounting or Business or certified Chartered Accountant (ACA)
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory Services or Assurance or related field
Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
Creative problem solving, critical thinking and research skills
Highly motivated and takes initiative for professional growth and development
Outstanding organization and project management skills
Ability to take direction, and exercise sound judgment, tact and diplomacy
Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
Able to handle multiple priorities, tasks and simultaneous projects
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
