About this role

Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies, advocacy programs, and go-to-market plans to elevate product knowledge, drive recommendation rates, and grow business for Google hardware and services. Manage and nurture key relationships with internal stakeholders, retail partners, and external vendors, overseeing the in-store promoter program and ensuring alignment on performance KPIs. Lead launch readiness by creating impactful execution strategies, managing train-the-trainer sessions, and driving the adoption of engaging content and campaigns for successful product rollouts. Oversee content and platform management, including content localization, identifying knowledge gaps, and advocating for platform adoption with partners to scale training efforts across all store doors. Leverage data analysis from sources to identify performance gaps, create comprehensive reports, and provide recommendations to drive continuous improvement and sell-out. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience within training, retail operations, sales, or program management. Preferred qualifications: 6 years of experience as a training, sales enablement, or advocacy manager within the consumer electronics or Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. Experience building brand advocacy communities, with excellent stakeholder management skills to influence partners and senior leadership. Experience in program management and operational excellence, with the ability to develop strategy and manage projects. Experience designing and executing engaging product sales training programs. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to evaluate ambiguous problems and thrive in fast-paced environments.
