Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of
Salesforce platform
Understanding of
Apex, LWC (basic level)
Basic idea of
Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
knowledge of Integration concepts and basic knowledge (REST APIs, etc.)
Learning attitude and problem-solving mindset
Preferred:
Salesforce certification (Admin / Developer – optional)
Good communication skills
