Role Overview
We are looking for a
Trade Marketing Lead
who will own the full marketing funnel to fabricators and other trade partners like retailers/ franchises etc . The role is responsible for creating
awareness, brand pull, demand and engagement
in this channel by designing programs, campaigns, and tools that help fabricators champion Green Fortune products. The role will require hands-on engagement with the community and be their voice in the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Strategy & Brand Pull
Develop and execute the marketing strategy targeted at fabricators and trade partners
Position Green Fortune as the preferred brand within the fabricator ecosystem
Demand Generation
Drive awareness and preference through targeted trade marketing campaigns
Build programs that encourage fabricators to promote Green Fortune to homeowners
Partner Marketing Assets
Create toolkits (catalogues, product brochures, displays, POS materials, demo kits) tailored to fabricators’ needs
Develop co-branded marketing opportunities for high-potential partners
Loyalty Programs & Events
Design and run fabricator loyalty, reward, and incentive programs
Conduct training, workshops, and meets to deepen product knowledge and brand connect
Plan and execute trade shows, roadshows, and fabricator engagement events
Performance Tracking & Insights
Measure effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives (fabricator engagement, lead inflow, partner share of wallet)
Gather market insights from fabricators to feed into product, pricing, and brand strategy
Additional expectations
1. Follow up and implement strategic sales initiatives across all territories. Work closely with the team and ensure execution on agreed initiatives for specific strategic accounts
i) Connecting with relevant technical teams and get Profiles/reinforcement/glass/hardware/fabrication/installation queries resolved
ii) Schedule and ensure timely execution of PartnerGate trainings to B2F customers
iii) Maintain pricing structures across fabricators and dealers
iv) Assist COO in relationship management with key accounts
2. Execute and maintain relevant contracts with Fabricators and dealers
3. Secondary leads for fabricators
i) Track assignment of secondary leads to fabricators
ii) Track fabricators performance on secondary leads conversion. Develop capability to access fabricator’s strength in converting a particular kind of lead (project v/s retail, premium v/s affordable, etc)
iii) Assists sales team/fabricator in costing for the leads generated and given by us
4. Monitoring the work output of the sales and leads generation team
5. Have a mechanism to track complaints (Fabricators and end customer) received and ensure they are resolved in a timely fashion
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in
trade marketing, category marketing, or channel marketing
, ideally in building materials, interiors, home solutions, or allied industries.
Strong understanding of channel dynamics and partner marketing in high-value, consultative sales categories.
Excellent communication skills and empathetic approach to knowledge gathering
Project management experience to run multiple campaigns, events and initiatives in parallel
