We're looking for an experienced TML IC Trainer to join our team in Chandigarh, India on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs and developing internal certification curricula. You will work with diverse groups of participants to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development while maintaining the highest standards of instructional excellence.
Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive TML (Training Management/Technical Module Learning) training programs for internal and external participants
Create engaging instructional materials, including presentations, manuals, assessments, and digital content
Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions, adapting content to meet diverse learning needs and styles
Conduct pre-training assessments and post-training evaluations to measure participant comprehension and program effectiveness
Develop and administer internal certification examinations and assessments aligned with organizational standards
Provide constructive feedback to participants and track their progress throughout the training program
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training content remains current and relevant
Maintain detailed training records, attendance logs, and certification documentation
Identify training gaps and recommend improvements to enhance program quality and participant outcomes
Support the onboarding and professional development of new trainers as needed
Proven experience delivering training programs in a corporate or organizational setting
Strong knowledge of TML (Training Management/Technical Module Learning) concepts and practices
Expertise in internal certification (IC) processes and standards
Demonstrated proficiency in instructional design and curriculum development
Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in creating and utilizing training materials and multimedia content
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training delivery platforms
Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
Ability to assess participant performance and provide meaningful feedback
Detail-oriented approach to training documentation and record-keeping
