Responsibilities
Developing and implementing lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of physics curriculum.
Teaching secondary school students the principles of physics through lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities.
Evaluating and grading students' classwork, laboratory work, assignments, and exams.
Maintaining classroom discipline to create a safe and conducive learning environment.
Participating in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
Communicating with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a strong educational community.
Preparing students for standardized tests and conducting extra classes if necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/PG degree in Physics or a related field.
B.Ed or equivalent teaching certification.
Proven experience in teaching secondary school physics.
Strong understanding of physics concepts and the ability to teach them effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage classroom behavior and create an engaging learning environment.
