Software Engineer II
The KX Platforms & Testing team is a part of the Digital Data Analytics and Innovation team within CoRe that focuses on delivering a futuristic and unified experience by providing constant innovation and enhancements to various interfaces and architectures.

Work you'll do
As a Software Engineer II on the KX Platforms & Testing team, you will be responsible for:
Designing, developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and consistency across product releases
Creating and maintaining test cases, test scenarios, test steps, and expected results based on business and functional requirements
Collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to validate requirements, support backlog prioritization, and prepare for release activities, sprint planning, and business validation testing
Supporting user acceptance testing, documenting defects and test results, tracking feedback through resolution, and maintaining project documentation and traceability
Supporting compliance and quality activities, including data privacy protocols, access controls, cyber and risk review requirements, and continuous improvement of testing tools, processes, and practices
The team
The KX Platforms & Testing team sits within Digital Data Analytics and Innovation in CoRe and supports testing quality across platforms that enable a unified user experience. The team works across product, business, and technical stakeholders to improve platform quality, support release readiness, and advance testing capabilities through automation and process improvement.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Qualifications
Required:
3-5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, including manual testing and automated testing
Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts and test frameworks
Experience using Azure DevOps, including User Stories, Repos, CI/CD pipelines, Test Plans, and Artifacts
Experience with GitHub, Python, and integrated development environments such as Visual Studio Code or Jupyter Notebook
Experience with API testing, defect identification, and troubleshooting
Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar platforms
Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Master of Business Administration with Information Systems specialization, or postgraduate degree in Information Systems
Preferred:
Experience testing enterprise applications across cross-functional teams
Experience documenting test cases, defects, and test results with requirements traceability
Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook in a project delivery environment
Experience working with HTML and SharePoint Online
Experience with SPFx, jQuery, UiPath, React JS, CSS, Bootstrap, InfoPath, or Nintex
Experience with GenAI-powered tools or agentic solutions
