<p>We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong Python and C++ skills to join our team and contribute to the testing, and validation of mission‑critical software systems. This role will work closely with cross‑functional engineering teams to build reliable embedded flight software, automate test workflows, and support system‑level integration and verification activities.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and test tooling</li>
<li>Good understanding in C / C++ programming (Able to read the code, understand control and data flow, debug the code with debuggers)</li>
<li>Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and debugging techniques</li>
<li>Experience working in Linux environments</li>
<li>Familiarity with Git or other version control systems</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a multi‑disciplinary engineering team</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Exposure to embedded systems, HW‑SW integration, or system testing</li>
<li>Experience in aerospace, automotive, telecom, or other safety‑critical domains</li>
<li>Knowing MATLAB programming is an added advantage.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>
<p>B.Tech \ M. Tech in Electronics \ Computer Science</p>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>
<p>A minimum of 5 years</p>
<p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Asks the right questions instead of jumping to assumptions</li>
<li>Follows through on tasks without close supervision</li>
<li>Able to explain technical ideas clearly to peers, test engineers, and leads</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>
<p>Willing to work from office about 80% of the time.</p>
