Roles & Responsibilities
Plan weekly and monthly sales targets for the region and ensure implementation of input planners by ASMs.
Validate doctors' potential, prepare doctor-product matrices, and map potential in each territory to maximize opportunities.
Mentor ASMs to train TMs on communication and product strategies, conduct weekly reviews, and address post-product launch performance gaps.
Organize medico-marketing activities such as CMEs, including managing logistics like speakers, venues, and approvals from SMs.
Foster strong customer relationships through effective JCCs, resolve queries accurately, and maintain visit frequency to core customers.
Monitor process parameters like call coverage, visit frequency compliance, e-detailing, and RCPA to ensure execution excellence.
Adhere to COBE guidelines, correct processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (SFE, SCM, GSA, PMT) for efficient operations.
Lead talent management efforts, conduct goal-setting, performance appraisals, and mentor team members for development and engagement.

Educational Qualification
Graduation in any discipline. Science/Pharmacy/MBA preferred.
Minimum Work Experience
8+ years overall experience. 3 years within pharma industry.

Critical Exposures
Led OTC business of revenue size of minimum USD 1 million or its geographical equivalent in a minimum of 2 areas in the country.
Exposure to pharma/biopharma/biotech industry/ nutrition or food industry / FMCG is preferred.
Exposure to digital channels of sales, omni, and e-commerce is preferred.
Exposure in brand/product management followed by a minimum of 2 years in an RSM role is preferred.
Must have relevant in-country experience.
