Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic
Telecalling Associate
to join our travel company. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting domestic and international tour packages, handling travel inquiries, and converting leads into bookings. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while meeting sales targets in a fast-paced travel environment.
Key Responsibilities
Make 80–150+ outbound calls daily to leads from website inquiries, ads, social media, and databases.
Promote holiday packages, flights, hotels, customized tours, group tours, honeymoons, adventure trips, and corporate travel.
Explain itineraries, inclusions/exclusions, pricing, destinations, and special offers clearly and persuasively.
Handle customer queries regarding travel dates, visa requirements, travel insurance, flights, accommodations, and other details.
Follow up with interested leads to close bookings and achieve sales targets.
Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, airport transfers, sightseeing, and premium experiences.
Update customer details, booking status, and call records accurately in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the operations team for itinerary customization and booking confirmation.
Manage inbound calls and provide excellent pre- and post-booking support.
Collect feedback from customers and report market insights/competitor information.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, lead conversion, and revenue generation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream). Travel or tourism background is a plus.
Experience:
0–3 years (Fresher’s with good communication skills are welcome; preference for travel industry experience).
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication in English + Hindi (additional regional languages or international languages like French/Spanish/German are a big advantage).
Passion for travel and ability to excite customers about destinations.
Strong persuasion, objection handling, and closing skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Internet, Email, CRM).
Pleasant voice, positive attitude, and high energy levels.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including evenings/weekends, as travel inquiries are time-sensitive).
Target-driven mind-set with resilience to handle rejections.
Preferred:
Knowledge of popular travel destinations, visa processes, and travel products.
Prior experience in travel agency, tour operator, BPO, or hospitality.
Familiarity with booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) or GDS is an advantage.

Fresher:
₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
