Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with prospective students, understand their academic goals, and guide them in selecting and enrolling in our various coaching programs, including CAT, CLAT, IPM, CUET, Judiciary and others. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in counselling students for these specific competitive exams and possess a genuine passion for helping students achieve academic success. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with students. The role involves providing accurate program information, assisting with the enrollment process, and supporting students throughout their journey. A background in education or a related field is preferred, along with a proven track record of meeting counselling or enrollment targets. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a student-centric, results-driven environment and is committed to making a positive impact in the field of education.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads and generate interest in courses/programs
Handle sales calls and convert leads into enrollments
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career paths, and offerings
Manage walk-in inquiries at the centre and provide end-to-end guidance
Follow up with leads regularly to drive conversions
Maintain and update lead data and call records
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills
Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales preferred
Ability to handle both calling and face-to-face interactions
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
