Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant

Salesforce Techno-Functional professional
who can seamlessly bridge business and technology. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical development skills combined with a deep understanding of business processes, ensuring scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
Who You Are:
A Salesforce professional with
5+ years of experience
in both technical and functional domains.
Proficient in
Salesforce configuration
and automation tools such as
Flows
and
Process Builder
.
Skilled in
custom development
using
Apex
,
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
, and
Visualforce
.
Strong understanding of
Salesforce architecture
, data model, and security best practices.
Experienced in
requirement gathering
,
business process analysis
, and translating needs into technical designs.
Familiar with
integrations
(REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) and
data migration strategies
.
Knowledgeable in
version control tools
(Git) and collaborative development practices.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with stakeholders to
analyze business requirements
and design scalable Salesforce solutions.
Implement solutions using
configuration
,
automation tools
, and
custom development
.
Manage
integrations
between Salesforce and external systems.
Ensure
data quality
, security, and compliance across Salesforce environments.
Support
system enhancements
, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
Act as a
bridge between business and technical teams
, ensuring alignment of solutions with user needs.
Stay updated with
Salesforce releases
, new features, and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with
Salesforce Sales Cloud

Service Cloud
, and
Experience Cloud
.
Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines
and
DevOps practices
for Salesforce deployments.
Salesforce certifications such as
Platform Developer I/II

Administrator
, or
App Builder

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
