Role Summary:
We are looking for skilled and responsible
Operators
to join our Engineering Department. The role involves
operation, monitoring, and maintenance
of key engineering systems in our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant, including
Water System, HVAC, Utilities, and Plant Maintenance (Mechanical/Electrical)
.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor
Water Treatment Plants (WTP/RO/DM/WFI/PS)
as per SOPs.
Maintain and operate
HVAC systems
including AHUs, chillers, and air handling controls.
Perform routine checks and support maintenance of
utility equipment
such as boilers, compressors, generators, and pumps.
Support
mechanical or electrical maintenance activities
across plant equipment and infrastructure.
Identify and report any deviations or equipment malfunctions to the Engineering Supervisor.
Maintain equipment logbooks, checklists, and other documentation as per GMP requirements.
Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Follow safety and compliance guidelines during all operations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams during equipment installation, validation, and audits.
Candidate Profile:
Qualification:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant trade
Experience:
1–5 years in a pharmaceutical / chemical / process industry
Hands-on experience in
any one or more
of the following:
Water systems (RO, WFI, DM)
HVAC system operations
Utility operations (boiler, compressor, generator)
Mechanical or electrical plant maintenance
Knowledge of GMP, safety protocols, and basic engineering documentation
Desired Attributes:

Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)
Ability to follow SOPs and regulatory standards
