Job Summary
As a Technician Mechanical technician, you are responsible for the maintenance and assembly of the Electronics/ Mechanical components of the EyeROV Products, as well as Manufacturing and vendor management. This role may demand you to assist the EyeROV crew in the fieldwork (Inspection work) across India.
Roles & Responsibility:
● Mechanical Assembly and maintenance of robotics product
● Understanding manufacturing drawings
● Following up and getting manufacturing done from vendors
● Accompanying field trails for new manufactured products
● Visiting clients for service calls of supplied products.
● Record and report operational issues, repairs, and maintenance activities efficiently.
● Monitor in-house inventory movement and complete inventory transfer procedures
● Conduct inspections to diagnose issues and perform timely repairs.
● Follow work schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time and align with the company's objectives.
● Provide support in R&D activities as needed.
● Provide support in field service work as needed.
Skills Required
● Understanding of M/C drawings and drafting capabilities
● Hands on experience with mechanical tools
● Hands-on experience with measurement tools like verniers, screw gauges etc…
● Good observation and problem-solving skills
● Manufacturing Vendor management skills
Experience
1-2 years in production/manufacturing or related sectors
Qualification
Diploma in Mechanical - 1- 2 yrs
