Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Technician to support manufacturing operations in the LED Lighting Division. The candidate will be responsible for assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining quality standards during production activities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform assembly and production activities for LED lighting products
Conduct testing and quality checks on finished products
Identify and troubleshoot basic electrical or production issues
Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
Maintain proper documentation of production and testing records
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
Support preventive maintenance activities for production equipment
Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams for process improvements
Handle materials and components carefully to avoid damage
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the production area
Key Skills:
Knowledge of LED lighting products and components
Assembly and production line handling
Soldering and wiring skills
Basic electrical and electronic troubleshooting
Quality inspection and testing
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
