JOB PURPOSE
Lead AMIO Regional technical training teams to develop, adapt and implement AMIO Technical Training Academy strategy in terms of New Model Launch and Technical Skills, defined at European and Global level, across the AMIO region.
Monitor the local performance by reporting specific KPI’s linked to Technical training and AMIO Training Strategy, in order to improve local AMIO countries performance & Quality.
Animate and Motivate local AMIO team to get their buy-in and involvement, making NISSAN a trusted Brand across AMIO region

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key responsibilities of the job, and key KPIs, this may include any project / budget or team management responsibilities and the extent of inter-departmental collaboration where applicable.
3.1 Principle Responsibilities
Support AMIO Training Academy strategy and Plan by leading technical training strategy and implementation with AMIO markets’ relevant functions in coordination with AMIO central HQ in France and NML guidelines.
Follow-up implementation of technical training plan & support Academy business priorities with markets
Build an annual budget, based on the Fiscal year projects to come
Find local Technical Training company for Technical Training deployment
Lead assessment and support the gap closure between AS-IS in market and global initiative, identify required actions to support technical training
Prepare and coordinate Technical Training review and meetings between AMIEO Central Technical Training Academy and regional AS Technical Training functions (AMIO Training Academy seminar, Regional training records, Monthly regional training meetings, TNA, TTT program, Delivering A/S TTT, AMIO NISTEC & AMIO NISAC & AMIO NSCC, etc.)
Pre-validation of proposals, cross functional alignment at the region
Support technical training implementation with priority and some customization/optimization based on global/AMIEO’s expectation and market specific condition
Monitor local annual budget planning & local Technical Training plan
Support AMIO Training management (target setting, plans execution, best practices sharing, etc)
Prepare quarterly reports to update AMIEO HQ about status of Technical Training achievements by country

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Minimum requirements necessary to fulfil the duties of the job.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree,
Certified Technical trainer
Certified Nissan Master Technical Trainer – NML accredited
EV certified Technical trainer - preferred
LANGUAGE
English / Arabic / French
OFFICE TOOLS software
Excel / PowerPoint / Word / Outlook / TEAMS
Additional Software skills
LCMS (ELUCIDAT) / LMS (Saba cloud)
RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
At least 5-7 years of experience in automotive :
Experience in NISSAN technical training (preferred)
Experience in After sales / Service workshop
