Role:
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive who will be responsible for maintaining and creating reports and resolving technical issues.

Strong communication skills with sound articulation and comprehension

Desired Skills:
Ability to write SQL queries
Excellent knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots, Data formatting etc.)
Ability to look at the logs and share the exact error with the tech team
