Work with developers to drive adoption of quality Play features and services.
Develop advanced product knowledge with specialization in one or more components, including dependencies on other products and teams.
Work with external developers, generate developer insights, create written guidance, write example code, author blog posts, design application programming interfaces (APIs) and propose product changes.
Develop an in-depth understanding of Google Play’s products/solutions and underlying architectures by troubleshooting, reproducing, determining the root cause for developer reported issues, and building tools for faster diagnosis.
Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in engineering, sales, and developer organizations to resolve technical integration obstacles.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in either system design or in any one programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.).
3 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with engineers and product teams.
Experience in using and troubleshooting APIs.
Experience working with developers/developer communities.
Experience with C# (Unity)/C++ (Unreal), Java/Kotlin, and Google Cloud.
Knowledge of customer support and tooling.
