This role will partner closely with hiring managers across functions including Tech, Product, Risk Operations, Sales, and G&A.   You’ll own full-cycle recruiting and play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, improving hiring processes, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.   What You’ll Do Full-Cycle Recruiting Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the full hiring process Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and selection criteria Build and execute recruitment plans to meet hiring goals across regions Sourcing & Pipeline Development Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels Build and maintain strong pipelines for both active and passive candidates Support hiring across multiple functions (Tech, Product, Risk Ops, Sales, G&A) Hiring Manager Partnership Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process Provide guidance on market trends, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies Help design effective interview processes and questions Candidate Experience Ensure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience Manage communication and expectations throughout the process Process & Compliance Maintain accurate records of recruiting activity, interview feedback, and candidate data Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations Continuously look for ways to improve recruiting processes and efficiency   What You Bring 2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency), preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment Experience hiring across multiple functions and/or regions (global exposure is a plus) Strong sourcing skills and experience building pipelines independently Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working with recruiting tools and ATS systems Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for SaaS, technology, or product roles Experience hiring for global teams (US/EMEA exposure) Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, etc.   Why Join Supply Wisdom?
