Role Overview: We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead high-impact integration projects with our Insurance Partners . You will be the primary liaison between our engineering teams and external Insurance companies, ensuring the successful rollout of insurance products via our SDK and PWA solutions. Your goal is to manage the complex technical and operational lifecycle of onboarding insurers and delivering digital insurance platforms. Key Responsibilities: ● Insurance Partner Management: Act as the main point of contact for multiple Insurance Companies. Liaise with their product and technical teams to gather requirements, resolve blockers, and align on project timelines. ● Technical Integration Delivery: Lead the integration of our platform with Insurer APIs and systems. Oversee the deployment of SDKs and PWAs to ensure seamless policy issuance and claims processing. ● Product & Plan Configuration: Manage the rollout of complex insurance products, ensuring all plan variants and policy logic are correctly configured and tested before going live. ● Third-Party API Management: Coordinate integrations with external ecosystems such as Vahan, payment gateways, and specific Insurer legacy systems. ● Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify dependencies (e.g., delays from Insurer IT teams) and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track. Required Skills & Qualifications: ● Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in Project Management, with a specific focus on the Insurance domain. ● Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing projects involving SDK integration, PWA (Progressive Web Apps), and REST/SOAP APIs. ● Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with external Insurance Carriers and navigate their internal processes to get things done. ● Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of General/Life/Health Insurance workflows, including policy lifecycle and underwriting rules. ● Methodologies: Strong command of Agile/Scrum practices (sprint planning, stand-ups, retro). Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience working directly at an InsurTech or with a major Insurance Carrier. ● Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the insurance sector.
