Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead custom software development initiatives across web, mobile, application, database, and AWS cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving projects from requirement gathering through solution delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and technical standards.
This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Project & Delivery Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of custom software development projects across web & mobile including CI/CD & AWS deployment.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource plans.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality expectations.
Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
2. Stakeholder & Requirement Management
Engage with business stakeholders and internal IT teams to understand business needs and technical requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical deliverables.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Technical Collaboration & Solutioning
Collaborate closely with architects, developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and database specialists to define high-level technical solutions.
Participate actively in solution design discussions.
Review technical proposals, estimates, and implementation approaches.
4. Governance & Process Management
Ensure adherence to development best practices, SDLC processes, and security standards.
Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and team collaboration.
Coordinate across multiple teams and vendors where applicable.
