<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced <strong>Technical Manager – Progra Management</strong> to lead and deliver complex technology programs. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong program management capabilities to drive execution excellence across initiatives involving <strong>Python, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, MCP, and Google Cloud</strong>.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><strong>Program Management & Delivery</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end program delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.</li>
<li>Define program roadmap, milestones, and execution strategies aligned with business goals.</li>
<li>Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.</li>
<li>Drive agile delivery practices using tools like <strong>JIRA</strong>.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business leaders, engineering teams, and external partners.</li>
<li>Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes effectively to leadership.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships to ensure alignment and successful delivery.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Technical Leadership</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide hands-on guidance and architectural oversight in:</li>
<li><strong>Python-based development</strong></li>
<li><strong>Generative AI solutions</strong></li>
<li><strong>Prompt Engineering techniques</strong></li>
<li><strong>Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations</strong></li>
<li><strong>Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services</strong></li>
<li>Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and scalable architecture.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Risk & Issue Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle.</li>
<li>Develop contingency plans and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.</li>
<li>Maintain program governance and compliance standards.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Execution Excellence</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Handle high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.</li>
<li>Ensure timelines are met without compromising quality.</li>
<li>Establish KPIs and continuously improve delivery performance.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></p>
<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong expertise in <strong>Python programming</strong></li>
<li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Generative AI (LLMs, AI solutions)</strong></li>
<li>Knowledge of <strong>Prompt Engineering techniques and best practices</strong></li>
<li>Understanding of <strong>Model Context Protocol (MCP)</strong> frameworks</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>Google Cloud Platform (GCP)</strong> services and deployments</li>
<li>Familiarity with <strong>DevOps and CI/CD practices</strong> is a plus</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Program Management Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience managing large-scale, complex programs</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of <strong>Agile/Scrum methodologies</strong></li>
<li>Expertise in <strong>JIRA or similar project management tools</strong></li>
<li>Solid risk management and mitigation skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities</li>

<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>

<li>10+ years of experience in technology roles, with at least 5+ years in program/project management</li>
<li>Proven track record of delivering <strong>AI/ML or cloud-based programs</strong></li>
<li>Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Educational Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field</li>
<li>PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in scaling AI products or platforms</li>
<li>Exposure to enterprise-level digital transformation programs</li>
<li>Knowledge of data engineering and analytics ecosystems</li>
</ul>
