Identify, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals. Build, maintain and enhance business, operational, and management dashboards.
Manage the portfolio planning and prioritization. Partner with engineering and product teams, drive roadmap/OKR planning, milestones, and software schedules.
Design processes and introduce governance to reduce complexity, accelerate team workflow and delivery, improve communication, and accelerate decision making.
Drive alignment across teams to reach consensus on product direction, metrics, engineering scope/feasibility, etc.
Drive innovation and manage technical dependencies across the stack.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience working within the gaming industry or with large language models (LLMs), DeepMind, AI technologies.
Experience with product release.
Ability to produce frameworks and documents that communicate status, scope, timelines, task planning, action items, risks, issues, project dependencies, test planning, or rollout planning.
Ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
