In this role, you will collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, and software engineering teams to drive the complete product lifecycle—from early prototyping through mass production.</p> <p>You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution by managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and delivering high-quality products on schedule.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Program Planning &amp; Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define, plan, and execute complex engineering programs across embedded product lines</li> <li>Drive program schedules and ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as the central point of contact across Hardware, Firmware, Software, QA, and Product Management teams</li> <li>Foster strong collaboration and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders</li> </ul> <p><strong>Dependency Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify and manage dependencies across multiple teams and functions</li> <li>Proactively negotiate timelines and resolve conflicts to keep programs on track</li> </ul> <p><strong>Risk Management &amp; Mitigation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Anticipate technical risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints</li> <li>Develop and execute mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Communication</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide regular updates on program status, milestones, risks, and changes to leadership</li> <li>Translate technical challenges into clear business impact for stakeholders</li> </ul> <p><strong>Process &amp; Execution Excellence</strong></p> <ul> <li>Implement and refine Agile methodologies to improve efficiency</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including streamlining software release cycles</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Education</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech or equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>7–10 years of experience in Technical Program Management</li> <li>Strong background in <strong>embedded systems, IoT, or automotive domains</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Expertise</strong></p> <ul> <li>Solid understanding of embedded software ecosystems, including hardware-software integration</li> <li>Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>Tools &amp; Technologies</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience with project tracking and management tools such as <strong>Jira, MS Project (MPP), Smartsheet</strong></li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in scaling products from prototype to production</li> <li>Familiarity with automotive standards or IoT platforms</li> <li>PMP / Agile certifications</li> </ul> <p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer Statement</strong>: Netradyne is an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.</p> <p><strong>Additional Information: </strong>This position is based out in HM Tech Park, Whitefield Bangalore.</p> <p><strong>Follow us on LinkedIn: For more information on our work culture, follow us on </strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/netradyne/mycompany/"><strong>Netradyne: My Company | LinkedIn</strong></a></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p style="text-align: justify;">We are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
