Technical Procurement Executive / Spare Specialist
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Procurement Executive with over 5 years of experience in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of technical goods and services, ensuring cost-effective and efficient sourcing processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage technical procurement activities, including vendor management, commercial negotiation, and spare management.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements and develop procurement strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations throughout the procurement process.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
Monitor inventory levels and lead efforts to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for quotations, technical discussions, delivery schedules, and procurement support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in technical procurement within the SCM department.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
