Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong experience in AI/ML to design and lead development of Agentic AI solutions (autonomous AI agents). The candidate will be responsible for building scalable AI systems, guiding the team, and ensuring successful delivery of AI-driven projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop
Agentic AI solutions / AI agents
Lead and mentor AI/ML engineering team
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and use cases
Build and integrate
LLM-based applications
Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems
Define architecture and best practices for AI development
Review code and guide team on implementation
Required Skills:
Strong experience in
AI/ML and LLM-based applications
Good knowledge of
Python, APIs, and system design
Experience with
LLMs (e.g., GPT), prompt engineering
Familiarity with frameworks like
LangChain, AutoGen, etc.
Experience in
cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with
MLOps / model deployment
Knowledge of vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
