Roles and Responsibilities :
Creating User manuals, Release notes, Installation guides, BRD, FRD, Brochures, Presentations, segmented Mailers, Cheat-sheets, How-Tos, Infographics, White Paper, Case Studies & Website content to reflect the brand and services-specific messaging
Working with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the Services , and the content requirements
Developing high impact communication collaterals for internal as well as an external audience
Write easy-to-understand user interface text, create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
Brainstorming new and creative ideas, developing content strategies & write Technical Blogs/ Articles
Conducting research on the given topics to come up with engaging content that provides in-depth knowledge of the same
Creating customer-oriented product/marketing material focused on the Global market
Review and update the existing content
Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
Produce high-quality content, Technical documentations that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
Developing marketing material to further brand engagement and perform competitive analysis on an ongoing basis and create a unique positioning for our brands in the target segment.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Any Graduate degree in English, Journalism, or related field with technical aptitude.
2-3 years' experience in content writing, preferably technical content.
Experience in MS Office, Image editing tools.
Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
Must be a self-learner, demonstrate a high learning curve, and potential to accept and work on the various challenges associated with the job profile.
Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
Creative thinker with the ability to transform technical and digital information and processes into compelling stories
Should be able to write press releases, testimonials, case studies and blogs.

Added advantage is to have any certification in communication and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical document writing.
