What you will bring:
* 8+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in backend, frontend, and cloud-based application development.
* Proven experience working as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer with responsibilities in team leadership, mentoring, and technical ownership.
* Strong hands-on expertise in
Java and the Spring Boot
ecosystem for building scalable enterprise applications.
* Solid practical experience with React and modern frontend development practices.
* Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
* Experience working with messaging and event-driven systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
* Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and API-driven development.

Continuously improve application scalability, operational efficiency, monitoring, logging, system reliability, and production readiness across environments.
* Identify and proactively address technical debt, architectural gaps, performance bottlenecks, and long-term maintainability challenges.
* Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, Business, and customer delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and high-quality product delivery.
* Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, effort estimation, release planning, and technical roadmap discussions.
* Handle critical production issues, technical escalations, root cause analysis (RCA), incident management, deployment activities, and operational support processes.
* Stay updated with emerging technologies, modern engineering trends, AI-driven solutions, and evaluate suitable tools, frameworks, and intelligent automation opportunities to enhance product capabilities and developer productivity.
