This is a hands-on leadership role—you’ll drive backend and frontend architecture, guide engineering best practices, mentor developers, and work closely with product, DevOps, and business teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. 🎯 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Architecture ■ Own end-to-end architecture for full-stack applications across backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers. ■ Make key technical decisions around scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. ■ Review code, enforce best practices, and raise overall engineering standards. Back-End Development ■ Design and develop high-performance, scalable APIs using Node.js / Python. ■ Build secure, reliable services for high-throughput, customer-facing applications. ■ Ensure clean, testable, and maintainable code following modern software design principles. Front-End Development ■ Lead development of responsive, high-quality UIs using ReactJS / AngularJS. ■ Collaborate with product and UX teams to deliver intuitive and performant user experiences. ■ Ensure frontend performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Requirement Gathering & Execution ■ Partner with Product, Business, and Stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. ■ Break down complex problems into executable plans and guide teams through delivery. Team Leadership & Collaboration ■ Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical coaching. ■ Foster a strong engineering culture focused on quality, ownership, and continuous improvement. ■ Ensure alignment across teams and clear communication of goals and priorities.
