We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to join our organization in Udaipur, India. In this role, you will lead and manage a high-performing team within our Internal Revenue Department (IRD), driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As a decisive leader with a visionary approach, you will be instrumental in optimizing processes, mentoring team members, and delivering strategic initiatives that support organizational objectives.
Lead, supervise, and manage a team of professionals, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and career development opportunities
Monitor team performance against established metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions as needed
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational procedures across all team activities
Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, project status, and departmental metrics to senior management
Facilitate communication between team members, cross-functional departments, and external stakeholders
Manage budget allocation and resource planning to optimize team productivity and operational costs
Conduct training sessions and onboarding programs to develop team skill sets and maintain knowledge standards
Foster a collaborative and motivational work environment that encourages innovation and professional growth
Investigate and resolve team-related issues, conflicts, and performance concerns in a professional and timely manner
Minimum 5 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role within a corporate environment
Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, revenue operations, or a related department
Proven expertise in team management, staff development, and performance evaluation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams
Proficiency in project management and process optimization methodologies
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to revenue/tax operations
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred: Experience with data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms
Preferred: Certification in project management or team leadership
