About this role

Assists Engineers for all planning and ensures execution of preventive maintenance of all equipment. Ensures that guest requests and complaints are attended to, promptly and efficiently. Responsible for effective staff scheduling and job allocation. Ensures that employees in the department perform as per organizational standards. Responsible for maintenance of all equipment and work areas as per required standards. Ensures daily work requests from other departments are met promptly and professionally. Ensures compliance with safety rules, standards and procedures. Recommends changes in systems and procedures to increase efficiency and improve service levels. Ensures proper maintenance of tools by departmental employees. Ensures timely receiving of materials and spares by regular follow up with material department. Maintains good relations and professionalism among all the subordinate staff & peers. Communicates shares & inspires all departmental employees, using various formal & informal channels. Maintains cordial relationship with other departments. Coordinates closely with all departments, to ensure upkeep of equipment, machinery & building. Is courteous to all customers. The primary responsibilities of the role include. Administration Complete and maintain full records of all activities on shift- Daily Log, Daily Roster, Overtime report, overnight checklists, incident reports and any other documents as required by the Chief Engineer. Participate in related project teams, Perform all tasks as detailed in daily task list
