The Team Leader is the first point of contact for riders and the front line of daily execution.
Core responsibilities
Daily sourcing: drive daily sourcing of riders as per business requirements. Ensure a consistent pipeline to meet operational demand.
Target achievement: achieve daily and weekly targets aligned with cluster goals. Track progress and take corrective actions to close gaps.
Metrics management: monitor and drive key performance metrics — productivity, utilization, conversions. Ensure adherence to defined KPIs and SLAs.
Rider issue resolution: act as the first point of contact for rider concerns. Resolve onboarding, allocation, and on-ground issues. Escalate critical issues to the Cluster Manager.
Competitor insights: gather and share regular on-ground updates on competitor activity — pricing, offers, and operations — build a good competitor pitch to garner strong sourcing leads.
