Role Overview:
As a
Pre-Sales Team Lead
, you will be at the forefront of our investor acquisition engine. You’ll lead a team that acts as the first point of contact for potential investors, helping them understand MicroMitti’s offerings and nurturing them into qualified leads for the sales team. This is a high-impact role that blends strategy, process design, team leadership, and a deep understanding of investor psychology.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Manage the Pre-Sales Team:
Hire, train, and lead a team of high-performing pre-sales executives to manage lead flow, pitch offerings, and qualify investors.
Design & Optimize Pre-Sales Funnel:
Build a robust process to move leads from awareness to high-intent with tools, scripts, and personalized follow-ups.
CRM & Lead Intelligence:
Manage CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), track conversion metrics, and ensure every lead is nurtured systematically.
Investor Education & Communication:
Explain MicroMitti’s co-investment model, returns potential, legal transparency, and asset quality with clarity and conviction.
Feedback Loop:
Capture market and investor feedback, refine messaging, and work closely with marketing and product teams to improve conversion strategies.
Performance & Target Ownership:
Own pre-sales KPIs – lead-to-MQL ratio, call-to-conversion efficiency, and overall funnel velocity.
Qualifications & Skills:
4–6 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or investor relations – preferably in real estate, fintech, or wealth-tech sectors.
Strong leadership and coaching ability – must have managed a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong understanding of CRM, funnel building, and B2C sales lifecycle.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions.
