Role Summary:
The Team Leader – HR will support business leaders on people matters while also guiding the recruitment team to ensure quality hiring and smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders on HR matters and team management.
Support performance management and
OKR implementation
across teams.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns.
Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.
Work closely with the recruitment team to support
quality hiring
.
Participate in interviews for key and critical positions.
Monitor hiring progress and guide recruiters when required.
Ensure smooth coordination between
HRBP, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition
.
Mentor and support junior HR team members.
Assist in implementing HR policies, initiatives, and strategic projects.
Preferred Candidates:
6–8 years of HR experience.
Exposure to
HRBP and recruitment processes
.
Experience working with leadership teams.
Preferably from
IT / technology industry
.
