<p>Team Lead – Strategic Recruiting (Centre for Expert Acquisition – CEA)</p>
<p>Location: Gurugram (Delhi NCR) – In-office<br>Shift: US Hours (approx. 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)</p>
<p>Overview</p>
<p>Guidepoint is launching a centralized Centre for Expert Acquisition (CEA) team focused on building and scaling expert coverage across priority sectors, particularly within Private Markets.</p>
<p>This team will operate as a proactive recruiting engine — mapping markets, identifying high-value companies and personas, and continuously building pipelines of senior industry experts aligned to Guidepoint’s long-term strategy.</p>
<p>We are hiring a Team Lead to build and run this function on the ground.</p>
<p>This is a player-coach role with full ownership of execution, team performance, and day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for setting the tone, building team discipline, driving output, and ensuring consistent delivery against aggressive recruiting targets.</p>
<p>You will also serve as the on-ground representative for global leadership, acting as the eyes and ears for the Global Director of Research & Operations and ensuring the team operates with high accountability, energy, and execution rigor.</p>
<p>This role is fully in-office during US hours and requires strong leadership presence during late evening/night shifts.</p>
<p>What You’ll Do</p>

<li>Support hiring and onboarding of a team of 4 Research Associates during the pilot phase</li>
<li>Establish daily operating rhythm, structure, and execution discipline from day one</li>
<li>Set clear expectations on outreach volume, quality, and performance standards</li>
<li>Create a high-energy, high-accountability team environment</li>

<li>Drive Execution (Player-Coach)</li>
</ol>

<li>Personally execute recruiting mandates alongside the team</li>
<li>Lead by example in outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)</li>
<li>Step in on high-priority or complex recruiting situations</li>
<li>Ensure consistent pipeline generation and conversion</li>
</ul>

<li>Performance Management & KPIs</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Own team-level KPIs including:</li>
<ul>
<li>Outreach volume</li>
<li>Response rates</li>
<li>Recruit-to-activation conversion</li>
<li>Productivity per associate</li>
</ul>
<li>Track daily and weekly performance metrics</li>
<li>Identify gaps early and drive corrective actions</li>
<li>Continuously optimize sourcing and outreach strategies</li>
</ul>

<li>Coaching & Capability Building</li>

<li>Train associates on:</li>
<ul>
<li>Cold calling and outreach techniques</li>
<li>Messaging and positioning</li>
<li>Objection handling with senior professionals</li>

<li>Build confidence and communication skills within the team</li>

<p>What We’re Looking For</p>
<ul>
<li>4–7 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, inside sales, B2B sales, or similar outbound-heavy roles</li>
<li>Prior experience managing or mentoring teams (formal or informal)</li>
<li>Strong comfort with high-volume outbound activity and phone-based engagement</li>
<li>Proven ability to operate in target-driven, performance-oriented environments</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal English communication skills</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to work a fixed US-hours night shift from office (mandatory)</li>
<li>High ownership mindset with ability to operate in an unstructured, build-from-scratch environment</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to manage pressure, maintain composure, and drive outcomes</li>
