Roles & Responsibilities
● Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company (On requirement)
● Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing client
● Doing Daily call audits for team, Call Center and agents and making necessary reports on it.
● Manage team and Call Centre performance, related to the assigned process.
● To ensure all members of the team Call Centre are fully informed of targets and current sales positions
● To be a pro-active member of the team and support all calls.
● To collate, analyze and utilize call statistics to manage and improve the sales performance of the team.
● Good in Analytics and strategies.
● To ensure that the Call Center KPIs are met.
● Implementing sales strategies
● Monitoring & Evaluating the performance of the sales agencies
● Setting weekly and monthly sales targets Compiling and presenting sales
Skills and Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree
● Should be Experience in telesales
● Strong leadership and sales skills
● Excel and Powerpoint knowledge is must
● Ability to multitask
● Good verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to work well under pressure
● Ability to write and present reports
