Role Overview
We are building a
Healthcare GCC Design Function
to support multiple global healthcare products and digital transformation initiatives. The Senior UI/UX Designer will design
scalable, compliant, and accessible experiences
across diverse healthcare applications delivered on
web, mobile, and emerging digital platforms
.
This role requires:
Enterprise UX strategy
Complex workflow design
Design systems
Engineering collaboration
HIPAA-aware and accessible UX
You will act as a
design bridge between global product stakeholders and GCC engineering teams
, transforming business and clinical needs into intuitive, safe, and high-performance user experiences.
Core Responsibilities
1. UX Research & Discovery
Collaborate with global product owners, SMEs, and end users
Understand healthcare workflows and regulatory needs
Conduct remote research & usability testing
Create:
Personas
Journey maps
Information architecture
Task flows
2. Experience Design
Design complex, safety-critical workflows
Create intuitive forms and data visualization

12 PM IST/1 PM IST(Comfortable collaborating with US team during their business

Experience
8+ years
in UI/UX
At least
3 years in enterprise product design
(healthcare preferred)
Web & mobile experience
GCC exposure advantage
