<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong> </strong></span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Supervising all US and International tax compliances and submissions covering Corporate Tax, State and Local Sales C Use Taxes, VAT and Franchise Taxes. I</span></p>
<ol>

<ol>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Working on Indirect Taxation / Direct Taxation matters with the third-party tax consultants</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Filing of tax returns and finalization of Audits</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monthly and quarterly provision workings including tracking the carry forward of NOLs (Sec 382), section 162(m) workings, GILTI, deferred taxes, etc.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Performs research activities on tax issues and have informed discussion with the tax consultant and advice the internal teams</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Tax implications on the Intercompany matters on both US and global entities</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Working on the sales and use tax compliance to ensure taxes are appropriately charged to the clients and monthly / quarterly returns are filed</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong> </strong></span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">CA / CPA with 6-10 years of experience in Taxes.</span></p>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Preferably worked in a US Company and handled a corporate role.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of tax laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Detail oriented and have a “Hands-On” work attitude</span></li>
