We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
who has hands-on experience hiring for
both Tech and Non-Tech roles in product-based companies
. The ideal candidate is someone who can own
end-to-end recruitment
and bring
creative sourcing strategies
beyond traditional job portals.
Key Responsibilities
Own
end-to-end recruitment
from sourcing to offer rollout
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
Source candidates through:
Job portals, LinkedIn
Tech communities (GitHub, Stack Overflow, Discord, etc.)
Referrals and niche platforms
Build strong pipelines for
Engineering, Product, Sales, and Business roles
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates
Drive candidate experience and engagement
Manage offer negotiations and closures
Maintain recruitment MIS and tracking
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in
Talent Acquisition
Experience in
product-based / SaaS / startup environments
Strong exposure to
tech hiring (Developers, QA, Product)
Experience in
non-tech hiring (Sales, Marketing, Ops)
Strong sourcing skills, including:
GitHub hiring
Community hiring
Passive talent mapping
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, high-growth environment
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
