<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Talent Acquisition professional with 4+ years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment while bringing analytics and strategic insights to our hiring processes. This role balances hands-on recruitment with strategic thinking, helping WIN attract top talent efficiently and effectively.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.</li>
<li>Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and recommend effective hiring strategies.</li>
<li>Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.</li>
<li>Post and manage job openings on platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri, ensuring timely and accurate updates.</li>
<li>Maintain and manage recruitment workflows in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accurate candidate tracking and reporting.</li>
<li>Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline health.</li>
<li>Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.</li>
<li>Support workforce planning with insights on talent availability and market trends.</li>
<li>Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.</li>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS systems and recruitment analytics.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Experience using data and metrics to inform recruitment decisions and improve processes.</li>
<li>Familiarity with interview design, assessment frameworks, and structured hiring processes.</li>
<li>Must have worked with Product-Based companies.</li>
