We are looking for a
high-ownership Talent Acquisition Specialist
who will drive
end-to-end hiring for sales roles
, particularly
inside sales and business development roles
.
This role requires someone who understands
high-volume sales hiring
, can move fast, build strong pipelines, and partner closely with business leaders to close positions quickly without compromising on quality.
Sales Hiring Ownership
Drive
end-to-end recruitment for inside sales and business development roles
Manage
high-volume hiring pipelines
across sales teams
Ensure positions are closed within defined
SLA timelines
Sourcing & Pipeline Building
Build strong candidate pipelines through
LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and campus hiring
Identify candidates with
strong sales aptitude and communication skills
Proactively create
talent pools for recurring roles
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with
sales leaders and hiring managers
Understand
role expectations, targets, and success metrics
Provide
market insights and hiring updates
Candidate Experience
Ensure a
fast, structured, and positive hiring experience
Maintain clear communication with candidates through the hiring journey
Recruitment Operations
Track hiring metrics including:
time-to-hire
offer acceptance
interview-to-offer ratio
Maintain accurate records in the
ATS and hiring dashboards
Experience
3–5 years of
Talent Acquisition experience
Proven experience in
sales hiring / inside sales hiring
is mandatory
Experience hiring for
high-growth startups or B2B sales teams
is a strong advantage
