<p>Workato is opening a brand-new office in Hyderabad, and we're looking for a driven <strong>Talent Acquisition Partner </strong>to help us scale. <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">You'll own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end, partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to bring world-class talent into our new Hyderabad hub. Day-to-day, that looks like:</p>

<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Partnering with hiring managers to design smart, structured recruitment processes that consistently land the best people</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Crafting compelling job descriptions and sharp interview frameworks tailored to each role</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Running screening calls, assessments, and interview coordination with speed and precision</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Sourcing creatively — from LinkedIn and professional networks through to events, referrals, and beyond</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Keeping candidates engaged and moving through the process efficiently, with a great experience at every touchpoint</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Producing weekly recruiting metrics and pipeline dashboards via Greenhouse, keeping stakeholders informed and decisions data-driven</li>

<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><strong>5+ years</strong> of recruiting experience. With at least 1 year in house. A combination of agency and in house experience is strongly preferred.</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">A background in <strong>high-growth SaaS or tech</strong> — this is a must; you'll need to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Familiarity with an ATS (we use <strong>Greenhouse</strong>)</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">The kind of consultative, relationship-first approach that earns trust with both candidates and business partners</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">A self-starter mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do; you spot the gap and fill it</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball</li>
