What You'll Do: Resolve Requests: Efficiently handle recruitment-related requests via the Workday recruiting platform and ServiceNow. Verify : Initiate and monitor pre-employment verifications globally to ensure compliance and accuracy. Engage : Collaborate with Managers, Recruiters, Candidates, and other stakeholders such as Payroll, HRBP, Legal, Security, and Fleet to streamline processes. Administration : Manage hires and transfers in the Workday Recruiting system, ensuring smooth transitions. Backend Activities : Oversee and process backend recruitment activities to maintain operational excellence. Test : Participate in testing activities within Workday to enhance system functionality. Innovate : Actively contribute to change process initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Project Participation : Engage in various project activities to support organizational goals. Process : Provide process updates for the Global TA team and TA Ops team and keep everyone informed. Support : Perform other corresponding duties and tasks as directed by the Employer, leveraging your qualifications and expertise. What We're Looking For: Education : Minimum High School Diploma.
