Objective of the Role
To attract, hire, and onboard talent for railway infrastructure projects in a timely and cost-effective manner, while ensuring a seamless, compliant, and engaging onboarding experience that supports rapid workforce deployment.
Key Result Areas (KRAs) & KPIs
1. Talent Acquisition Delivery
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Partner with stakeholders for manpower planning and timely closures.
KPI: Time-to-fill, Offer-to-joining ratio, Hiring SLA adherence
2. Talent Pipeline & Sourcing
Build and maintain pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
Leverage multiple sourcing channels and improve employer visibility.
KPI: Pipeline strength (ready candidates), Source effectiveness ratio
3. Selection Quality
Coordinate screening, interviews, and evaluation processes.
Ensure quality and fitment of candidates for project roles.
KPI: Quality of hire, Hiring manager satisfaction score
4. Onboarding Experience
Execute structured onboarding and induction programs.
Manage pre-joining documentation and joining formalities.
KPI: Onboarding satisfaction score, Joining TAT
5. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to labor laws, documentation, and safety requirements.
Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records.
KPI: Compliance audit score, Documentation accuracy
6. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Ensure smooth coordination across hiring and onboarding stages.
KPI: Stakeholder satisfaction, Vendor turnaround time
