We are seeking a dynamic
Talent Acquisition Lead
to join our HR team. This role requires a seasoned recruitment professional who can lead end-to-end hiring efforts, manage a team of recruiters, and consistently deliver on hiring goals across various domains. Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Independently handle and close multiple positions per month across technical and non-technical roles.
Hands-on with sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2–3 recruiters.
Set targets, review performance, and drive team success.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with delivery heads, hiring managers, and department leads to understand hiring needs and build strong partnerships.
Sourcing Strategy:
Use platforms like
Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools
to drive daily sourcing operations.
Develop talent pipelines and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
Performance Under Pressure:
Work under tight deadlines and pressure to meet aggressive hiring targets without compromising quality.
Recruitment Reporting:
Maintain and present weekly/monthly dashboards tracking hiring progress, pipeline status, and team performance.
Weekend Availability:
Be available for Saturday work as needed to support urgent closures or hiring drives.
Requirements:
Experience:
10+ years of recruitment experience across
IT and Non-IT domains
.
Proven track record of successfully closing positions consistently.
Team Handling:
Experience leading a recruitment team with direct accountability for team performance and results.
Tools Expertise:
Proficient in
Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Sheets, Excel, and ATS platforms
(e.g., Zoho Recruit, Freshteam, Workable, etc.).
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high confidence and interpersonal effectiveness.
Leadership & Planning:
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
Experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
Flexibility & Ownership:
Willingness to go the extra mile, including working weekends if needed, to ensure business hiring objectives are met.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in scaling teams during growth phases.
Exposure to employer branding initiatives.
Knowledge of recruitment metrics and data-driven hiring
