Roles & Responsibilities:
Gain knowledge and experience of Talent Acquisitions' recruiting process.
Support Manager with various administrative tasks, as needed (Interview scheduling, database management).
Schedule high volume requests of candidates for interviews.
Assist with candidate tracking.
Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
Coordinate and maintain the vendor database.
Campus hiring and institutional Engagement
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills & self-driven
Strong attention to detail.
Good with Excel.
Good to Have:
Prior internship experience in a fast paced environment of startup.
Eligible Candidates:
Desired Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
Work Experience: 0-6 months
