Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent management while contributing to the growth of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design that drive innovation and propel our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Post job openings on various platforms and ensure descriptions are accurate and engaging.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
Assist in organizing career fairs, recruitment drives, and other talent acquisition events.
Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment, including preparing offer letters and follow-up emails.
What we’re looking for:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with ATS tools is a plus.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
