About this role

Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to define talent requirements, develop job descriptions, and create a recruitment strategy. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in placing mid- to senior-level candidates. Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle. Excellent sourcing skills and experience with a variety of online recruiting tools. Proven ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. The ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates. A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
