Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to define talent requirements, develop job descriptions, and create a recruitment strategy.
Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates, including online recruiting platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers, including detailed candidate profiles.
Negotiate and extend offers to top candidates, and manage the onboarding process.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Proven track record of successfully placing qualified Salesforce professionals.
Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and sourcing strategies.
5. In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including core products and certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in placing mid- to senior-level candidates.
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
Excellent sourcing skills and experience with a variety of online recruiting tools.
Proven ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
The ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
